How do you choose & assess the videographers?

3. Rating system: From our current customers, we seek feedback after every session to ensure our service quality is only getting better.
What are the cancellation and rescheduling policies?
You can reschedule your shoot once, free of charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to your shoot date.
Canceling or rescheduling your shoot within less than 48 hours will result in keeping your deposit, since we have blocked and committed our videographers’ time for your shoot which results in a loss incurred by our company and our videographers.
Are the edits included in the amount I pay?
Yes, regular edits are included in the quote you receive. However, if you ask for advanced edits, it will be charged as an additional fee.
What are the payment terms?
We ask you to pay a 20% deposit to start preparing for your shoot day and block our videographer’s time.
The remaining 80% is payable after your shoot is completed.
